Club Deputy and New Admin Roles
Running competitions, welcoming members, and keeping the club organized takes teamwork. This update makes it easier to share those responsibilities with a new Deputy role and preset admin roles with clearly defined permissions.
Meet your Deputy
Until now, only the club manager could appoint admins and change their permissions. With this update, the manager can appoint a Deputy to help handle these tasks.
The Deputy has all admin permissions, plus the ability to appoint admins and change their roles and permissions.
Only the club manager can appoint a Deputy or change their role.
Assign roles with permissions built in
One admin runs competitions, another welcomes members, and a third keeps club conversations in order. With preset roles, you can assign the right permissions to each admin without selecting them individually.

| Deputy | All admin permissions, including banning players, plus appointing admins and changing their roles and permissions |
Club Admin: choose the permissions you need
For a different combination of permissions, select Club Admin and choose the permissions that match the admin’s responsibilities.
Current admins keep their permissions
All existing admins will keep their permissions after the update. They’ll appear as Club Admins, with no need to reassign them or set up their permissions again. The club manager or Deputy can change their roles whenever needed.

Can the Deputy’s role be changed?
Yes. The club manager can assign them another role or make them a regular member at any time.
Do I need to set up my existing admins’ permissions again?
No. They’ll appear as Club Admins and keep all their current permissions.
Can I customize a preset role?
Each preset role has fixed permissions. To choose a different combination, select Club Admin.
