Competitions Rules
- Only Basha subscribers can create competitions.
- Organizers are responsible for monitoring their competitions and making sure they run smoothly and without cheating.
- Organizers have the following abilities:
- Accepting and rejecting player requests to join.
- Investigating any claims being raised by the players.
- Organizers define the amount of Tokens that will be given as a prize for the winners.
- In order for a competition to take place 75% of the seats must be filled before the start date. This means 24 players for 32-player competitions, 12 for 16-player competitions, 6 for 8-player competitions, 3 for 4-player competitions and 2 players for 2-player competitions.
- If the competition does not start due to insufficient players, the competition will be canceled and the organizer will only be charged 300 tokens per seat. This means 600 Tokens for 2-player competitions, 1200 Tokens for 4-player competitions, 2400 Tokens for 8-player competitions, 4800 Tokens for 16-player competitions, and 9600 Tokens for 32-player competitions. All other Tokens paid by the organizer and the players will be returned to their accounts.
- Once the competition ends, the organizer will receive 90% of the entry fee Tokens for every player that played in the competition.
- The prize will be deducted from the total amount of entry fees, plus 10% of the prize or 300 per seat (which is bigger).
- For partnering games, each one of the top two players will receive half the prize. For non-partnering games the top player will receive the full prize.
- After the competition ends it will enter an on-hold period for 10 minutes. During this period players are able to review the recorded games and report any bad behavior from the organizer or the other players.
- All complaints will be logged on the competition wall.
- You can cancel your complaints during the 10-minute on-hold period by clicking the “I have no complaints” button.
- If no players have complaints at the end of the 10-minute on-hold period or if they all click the “I have no complaints” button, then the competition with end gracefully.
- If there are complaints at the end of the on-hold period then the competition will be frozen and the competition’s organiser will investigate the issue.
- No Tokens will be given to the winners or the organizer until the issue is resolved.
- Competition organiser have the right to reassign winners, refund the entry fee and ban players from playing in competitions for a certain period of time.
- If organizers kick players without a justifiable reason, the entry fee for those players will be refunded and it will be deducted from the organizers.
- Getting banned from playing in competitions also means that players will not be able to play in any competition they joined before getting banned, and they could lose any Tokens involved in those competitions.
- Players can object to Jawaker moderators if the actions taken by the organiser were wrong.
- The competition organizer will get points once the competition ends, starting the competition in less time, the amount of entry fee and prize, existence of winners and taking the correct action will be things that affect the rating system.
- Competition moderators have the right to remove rating points from the organiser incase they abusing the moderation system or if they are taking any wrong actions.
- Competition organiser do not have access to any privileged information about the player’s (Tokens, email address, etc).
- Competition moderators have the right to ban players from playing in competitions if they submit false reports.
- You can submit complaints about the competition moderators on the Jawaker support system.
- Players are requested to fill the description box to clarify the complaint in details. Competition moderator have the right to ban players from competitions in case they are spamming the description box.
- Jawaker team will return the entry fee to players incase any outage or any technical issues that affected the competitions system.
