Privacy Settings

We added new options to Privacy Settings so you can control how you appear to other players.

Security Settings

**Authentication Removal: **Players can now remove any login method linked to their account (email, mobile number, Facebook, Google, Apple, and others) directly from Settings → Security. The removal process is protected by OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

The verification code is sent depends on what’s being removed:

  • When removing an email address:
    • OTP is sent to the linked mobile number only.
    • The mobile number must have been linked to the account for at least 30 days.
  • When removing a mobile number:
    • OTP is sent to either the email address or the mobile number (player’s choice).
    • The selected login method must have been linked to the account for at least 30 days.
  • When removing Facebook, Google, Apple, Game Center, or Huawei:
    • OTP is sent to the linked email address or mobile number.
    • The email address or mobile number must be verified and have been linked to the account for at least 30 days.

General Notes

  • At least one login method must always remain linked to the account. It is not possible to remove all login methods.
  • If the required conditions are not met, the Remove option will be disabled.
  • Players can reuse an email address that was previously used, as long as it is not currently linked to another account.

2. New Device Login Alerts

Whenever a login is detected from an unrecognized device, the player will immediately receive:

  • An email notification.
  • An in-app notification.
  • Fouad (in-app assistant) message.

The alert includes the following information:

  • Device model.
  • Operating system.
  • Login time.
  • IP address.

The notification also includes a direct link to the Security Settings page, allowing the player to quickly review and secure their account.

Additionally, players can view the list of devices that have been used to access their account through Devices List section.

Online status notifications

  • Turn this on to let your friends know when you come online, unless you choose to appear offline.
  • Turn it off if you don’t want your friends to receive online notifications.

Appear in Club Suggestions

  • Turn this on to appear as a suggested player for clubs looking for new members.
  • If a club sees your profile in its suggestions, it may send you an invitation to join.
  • You will only be recommended occasionally.
  • If you reject a club’s invitation, you will not be recommended to that club again.
  • You can turn this setting on or off at any time.

You can change both options anytime from Settings > Privacy Settings.
